The Sinterit Lisa is a professional desktop 3D printer produced by Sinterit, a Polish manufacturer.

We tested the Pro version of the Lisa in Sinterit’s offices in Poland. More information in our full test article Sinterit Lisa Pro.

This SLS 3D printer uses the 3D printing technology called Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). This 3D printing technique uses laser energy to melt and fuse a material in powder form.

The print volume offered by the Sinterit Lisa is relatively small, but it is ideal for the dental, jewelry and other industries that require precision and detail.

The Lisa is a very good 3D printer for prototyping, as an alternative to traditional prototyping that requires the use of plastic injection molds. This SLS 3D printer allows you to obtain high quality prototypes before launching large production runs.

Sinterit Lisa: main features

  • Plug-and-play: This SLS 3D printer comes ready to use.
  • No supports: With SLS technology, 3D prints do not require support structures.
  • Immediate part functionality: This 3D printing technique allows you to 3D print functional parts.
  • 4-inch touch screen: for an easy user experience.
  • Wi-Fi connectivity: to control the 3D printer remotely.
  • Accurate: the Lisa offers high printing accuracy, down to 0.1 mm.
  • Economical: the powder recovery system allows to recycle the unused material to make new prints.
  • Lisa: third generation

The Lisa now has a slightly larger printing volume, with a diagonal dimension changed from 227 to 245 mm. The print bed also has a better heating system to allow for larger objects to be 3D printed.

In addition, the various hardware improvements offer better temperature management as well as more reliability. The manufacturer has also improved the user experience and made maintenance easier.

Application cases for the Sinterit Lisa

The SLS Lisa 3D printer is perfectly suited for a variety of professional additive manufacturing use cases, including:

  • Functional testing
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Small series production
  • Manufacturing of high-strength parts (high temperature, chemical resistance)

Sinterit also produces the Lisa Pro, a larger and improved version of the Lisa. See our complete list of desktop SLS 3D printers.
