Features

Designed for productivity, the machine is the company’s fastest throughput yet, with a print speed of 280 mm/hr. Users can use it to 3D print a plate of six dental models in five minutes or 26 standing models in 25 minutes. The SLASH 2 PLUS, which we unveiled in May 2021, manages to 3D print 26 aligner models in 53 minutes.

In addition to aligner models and denture bases, the 3D printer can print everything up to night splints and drill guides. The NBEE is said to enable high-speed 3D printing for dentists.

UNIZ announced:

“The NBEE has all the killer features to make extraordinary advances in the dental market. The system provides oral and dental professionals with immeasurable precision, effective workflow and easy adaptation to digital dentistry.”

High Uniformity Collimate Light Engine from UNIZ

UNIZ promises quality, durability and several new upgrades with NBEE that set it apart from other dental 3D printers. The company’s High Uniformity Collimate Light Engine brings light uniformity up to 95% for successful detail and XY resolution of 50 microns.

A stereo composite film is said by UNIZ to be stronger and more durable than the previous design. Each piece of film can withstand up to 55 liters of resin before needing to be replaced. That leads to more printing and less maintenance.
The NBEE 3D printer can actively control the temperature of the resin, which keeps the material in the vat at an optimal viscosity for 3D printing. The operating temperature stays below 40°C thanks to the powerful cooling system, giving the LCD screen at least 5,000 more hours of life.

With some FDA-approved dental resins such as zDENTAL IDB for indirect adhesive bars and the UNIZ Dental print preparation software with one-click printing and optimized processing of dental models, UNIZ rounds off its offering for the NBEE.
